Our mission is to provide safe, supportive sober living communities for those in recovery.

A Sober Living Community

Individualized Case Management

Stepping Stones is an immersive 12 Step program where residents are given the tools to make them successful in long term recovery. These include a weekly Step Study Workshop, internal recovery meetings, case management, and continuing access to treatment through our providers. Upon entry, new residents meet with a case manager identifying possible barriers such as employment, and mental/physical health challenges ensuring success. New residents live in a mature recovery community where half of our population have one year or more of sobriety. Stepping Stones believes in evidenced based practices such as continued treatment, mental health services, and Medication Assisted Treatment.

OUR HOMES

Stepping Stones homes promote community, recovery, and peer support.  Our goal is to provide a built-in network of persons with positive healthy behaviors to encourage one another.

OUR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Stepping Stones provides job placement and support. Coaching, resume development, mock interviews, skill assessments; are all components of a new residents’ job search strategy.

OUR MODEL

Stepping Stones housing is based on the Oxford model operating on the concept of group accountability, democratically run by residents. Stepping Stones is not a treatment center nor a traditional halfway house. Rather it is a place where addicts help other addicts and support them in their recovery.
